Records are stored on secure infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to PetReach veterinarians and authorised staff.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
