1. Services
PetReach provides mobile veterinary services for pets and livestock. Bookings are confirmed subject to veterinarian availability and location accessibility.
2. Payments & pricing
Consultation fees are payable at the time of visit unless otherwise agreed. Medication, laboratory and specialist procedures are billed separately based on diagnosis. Final pricing may vary by location.
3. Cancellations
Please provide at least 4 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a travel/booking fee.
4. Emergency response
Emergency response times depend on veterinarian availability, traffic and your location. For life-threatening cases outside our operating hours, please contact the nearest 24-hour veterinary clinic.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your animal's history, safely restrain your animal during the visit, and follow post-visit care instructions.
6. Liability
PetReach carries out veterinary care to professional standards, but veterinary medicine cannot guarantee outcomes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
